We work 7 days a week with individuals of all fitness levels, whether newcomers to exercise or seasoned athletes. From people looking to tone and strengthen to those needing to repair or relax, Joseph Pilates’ 100 year-old method has something for everyone.
This offer includes two private sessions with an instructor, an initial consultation as well as basic orientation of the Pilates equipment. The sessions run for 60 minutes.

These one-to-one classes are fully tailored to your individualneeds and involve work on both the mat as well as Pilates equipment. The sessions run for 60 minutes.
– Private Classes, £60

These classes allow two people to work with one instructor and involve mat and equipment-based exercises. Sessions are 60 minutes. No discounts apply for purchasing multiple classes.
– Duet Classes, £30

Groups of up to three people work with one instructor for 60 minutes and sessions can be booked online. There are no further discounts for purchasing multiple classes.*
